At Key Elevation, we don’t just train — we launch careers. We provide hands-on, industry-recognized certification programs in welding, rope access, and non-destructive testing (NDT) designed to get you working fast in high-demand, high-paying fields.
Our welding & trade curriculum includes SMAW, GTAW, Combo Welding, Pipeline Welding, Boilermaking, Pipefitting, and Instrumentation — with direct job connections to refineries, offshore platforms, power plants, shipyards, aerospace manufacturers, and large-scale construction projects.
We also offer a Department of Labor–registered NDT apprenticeship through the American Aerospace Technical Academy (AATA) — a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. NDT professionals work across aerospace, oil & gas, petrochemical, nuclear, and manufacturing industries, ensuring the safety and reliability of critical equipment, structures, and systems without causing damage.

💵 Trade Wages Overview
- Welder: $18–$35/hour
- Pipefitter: $20–$28/hour
- Boilermaker: $22–$30/hour
- Instrument Technician: $25–$35/hour
- Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): $18–$30/hour
- Rope Access Technician: $22–$35/hour
